MoST Enterprise Management Features

Below you will find the description of each MoST feature that assists with the management of Enterprise Management Tools on your website.

Please use the menu of features on the right hand side of this page to navigate the MoST Enterprise Management Features contained in this page.

Password Protected Sections/Intranet

This feature allows you to create sections on your website where entry is restricted by a username and password.

Client Database

This is a comprehensive SQL relational database that holds all details for your members, clients or other stakeholders.

You can define the fields of your database, and query, filter and sort the contents of the database. The database holds not only contact details, but also any notes relating to the client, invoice and payment details, event registration details and more.

The client management feature attached to the database makes for easy subscription management of members through your website. The majority of the CRM system is automated for a cost-efficient way to manage the relationship between an organisation and its members online.  The Client Database is the central MoST databse which the other MoST databases feed back into.

Members Directory

The members’ directory (should members choose to be a part of it) is a dynamic feature of MoST that automatically generates a full list of members and clients contained in the database, in the front-end of the website.

This list can be searched, filtered etc so that your members can keep tabs and stay in touch with other organisation members via the website.

CRM Auto-reminders

This feature involves the use of pre-dated automated emails to your staff or members, to control subscription updates, events reminders, invoicing and more.

Events Calendar

This facility allows you to enter event details in the backend of your site, which will automatically display in the front end on an events calendar that site users can view and query.

Events Management System

A comprehensive events management application linked to the Client Management system and database. This advanced and sophisticated module allows you to manage all aspects of events online – from event posting, to automated emails, to registration, to payments, to invoicing, to table booking and name badges!

All of this is performed in the backend of your site by simple data entry into boxes. The events management database means that you also store valuable information for the promotion of future events as well as strong control parameters for current events.

A complete events component of MoST that has proved extremely popular and efficient.  Download more information here on the Events Management System

Survey Tool

The survey tool allows you to create your own survey online to send to participants.

This feature of MoST is still being developed, but in addition to this we have our standalone survey tool, surveyCREATE, that we lease to clients. This sophisticated tool has proven to be popular with government departments and universities, and makes the facilitation of online surveys easy.

Polling Tool

Similar to the survey tool, the Polling Tool allows you to post short polls on your website. This feature of MoST is currently under development.

CPD

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a tool that allows you to manage the professional career development of your staff.  Members or employees of your organisation can register for certain training and activities over your website, and their professional development accounts become populated with a certain number of points, depending on the CPD credit assigned to their ID.

Employees interactively monitor their CPD points on your website, and participate in virtual activities to contribute to their CPD. The reporting function allows management and the employee to easily track their development.

The module encourages members to continuously attend regular training sessions to keep CPD levels up; therefore it contributes to the development of their professional career.

Discussion Groups

This discussion group and forum feature allows you to post single or multi-threaded discussion groups and forums on your website.  Users can post messages and track the development of certain threads.  Site administrators have the ability to monitor each message from the backend, or else the system can be made automated.

Users can also add their own topics for discussion, or an administrator in the backend can mediate the whole forum.
