RBS are not a commercial enterprise so it is hard for us to estimate the effect of the new website on our business. What we can say is that updating or adding new information to the site is a dream compared to our old site.

On one occasion I was updating the site when I received a telephone call informing me of a ‘broken link’. I was able to fix this whilst the caller was still on the telephone. How prompt and efficient is that?

We’re very pleased to have changed to MoST.^TM
