Improvements

Changed the wording "components" to the Accessories Name defined in the registry to reduce confusion when demoting sections to folders.
Added ability to add a custom SQL query to search engine results for a site so custom developments can be incorporated into the search engine.
Added the stylesheet class name "MoSTPage" to the current page number display at the bottom of the search engine results and Client Management Directory searches.
Changed the event details dropdown list of Event Management Details and Registrations to show the number of registrations against the total number of seats.

Fixed an issue where uploaded files where being deleted when a section is demoted. Files will be associated to the parent section instead.
Fixed an issue where an exception is thrown if a folder is deleted that is being accessed by a web browser. The folder is deleted, but IIS holds the folder open even though it no longer exists. Because of this the folder appears to exist event though it doesn't.
Fix an issue where banner adds couldn't be managed after updating MoST to provide better support for Mozilla.
Fixed an issue when previewing the template from the editor. The template was displaying within the template when it should have only been showing the one template.
Fixed an issue where the "Header Links" feature was picking up headings in the print template as well as the documents content.
